The word is starting to get out.
A list of the “150 Best Places to Live in the U.S.” was published by US News & World Report and a pair made the top 15.
They chose the cities based on having good value, being a desirable place to live, having a strong job market and high quality of life.
According to CBS News, Green Bay ranked the highest at number 12 by having a low cost of living, being home to the Green Bay Packers and being close to Door County.
Madison was close behind at 13 while Milwaukee was (vastly underrated in my opinion) ranked at 112th.
